Thanks for choosing Carpet Doctor. Here are a few tips to help you with a carpet repair enquiry.

Describe briefly the carpet damage and if possible upload an image. For a small carpet repair such as a cigarette burn, we can easily re-tuft these by carefully plucking tiny tufts of yarn from around the perimeter of the room, confident of a perfect colour match.

For a large carpet repair such as an iron burn, make-up, bleach/paint spillage or pet damage, we would normally require a donor piece of the same carpet for the repair. The donor piece of carpet can usually be found inside a closet, boiler room and even the broom cupboard under the stairs. This is the cheapest option and gives you confidence of a perfect colour match. We can even supply an offcut of carpet to put back in the cupboard if required.
